接骨续筋片质量标准提升研究
Quality standard improvement of Jiegu Xujin tablet
目的 提高接骨续筋片质量控制标准。 方法 采用显微鉴别法对接骨续筋片中蜥蜴进行鉴别;采用薄层色谱法对制剂中穿山龙及骨碎补进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中柚皮苷的含量,并进行方法学考察。 结果 蜥蜴显微特征专属性强,检出几率高。穿山龙及骨碎补薄层色谱特征斑点清晰,专属性强、耐用性好。柚皮苷在0.038 3~4.787 1 μg范围内线性关系良好,其回归方程为:y=1 723 987.21x-4 337.64,R²=1.00。加样回收率平均为102.2%(n=9),RSD为1.5%,精密度、稳定性、重复性的RSD均小于0.5%。 结论 新建立的显微鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别及含量测定方法,操作简便快捷,准确可靠,重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量评价,为接骨续筋片的质量控制提供了科学依据。
Objective To improve the quality standard of Jiegu Xujin tablet. Methods The microscopic identification method was used to identify eremias,the thin-layer chromatography(TLC) method was used to identify Dioscoreae Nipponicae Rhizoma and Drynariae Rhizoma,and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was established to determine the content of naringin in Rhizoma Drynariae. Results The microscopic identification for eremias was strongly specific with good detection probability. The TLC for Dioscoreae Nipponicae Rhizoma and Drynariae Rhizoma showed clear spots and strong specificity with good durability. The linear range of naringin was 0.038 3-4.787 1 μg, and the regression equation was y=1 723 987.21x-4 337.64(R2 =1.00).The average reco⁃very was 102.2%(n=9) with RSD of 1.5%. The RSDs of precision, stability and repeatability were all less than 0.5%. Conclusion The newly established microscopic identification,TLC and HPLC are accurate and reliable with simple operation and good reprodu⁃cibility, and can be used for the quality evaluation, which provides scientific basis for the quality control of Jiegu Xujin tablet.
