肾上腺血管平滑肌脂肪瘤1例报告并文献复习

<正>血管平滑肌脂肪瘤是一种血管周上皮样细胞肿瘤源性的良性肿瘤，组织学上由血管、平滑肌及脂肪组织构成^[1-2]。尽管发病率较低，但若邻近大血管，则存在破裂风险。血管平滑肌脂肪瘤多见于肾脏，肾外发病较为罕见，其中以肝脏多见^[3-4]。原发于肾上腺的血管平滑肌脂肪瘤相关报道极为少见，且现有报道多以中大型肿瘤、有症状病例为主，小型无症状病例的相关临床数据尤为匮乏，导致临床医师对该类病例的诊断、治疗及随访策略缺乏足够的参考依据。
