岗梅的活性成分与药理机制研究进展
Progress on active ingredients and pharmacological mechanisms of Ilecemus
岗梅(梅叶冬青)为冬青科冬青属植物,其根、茎均具有药用价值,是岭南地区常用的传统中药,在抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化、抗病毒、抗肿瘤及免疫调节等方面具有显著功效。近年来,随着现代药理学研究的深入,岗梅的多种药理活性逐渐被揭示,但其有效作用机制尚未完全明确,制约了其深度开发与产业化应用。在养殖业替抗减抗的背景下,本文系统梳理了岗梅中三萜及皂苷、黄酮、多糖等主要活性化学成分,深入阐释其作用机制,并聚焦其在无抗养殖领域的应用潜力展开分析,为岗梅的综合开发利用及其在无抗养殖产业化的应用提供了理论参考和技术支撑。
Ilecemus (Ilicium verum) is a plant of the Ilex genus in the Aquifoliaceae family. Its roots and stems have medicinal value and are traditional Chinese medicine commonly used in the Lingnan region. It has significant effects in antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antiviral, anti-tumor, and immunomodulation. Various pharmacological activities of Ilecemus have gradually been revealed with the deepening of modern pharmacological studies in recent years, but its effective mechanism of action has not been fully understood, which limits its development in depth and application in industry. This article systematically reviews the main active chemical ingredients including triterpenes, saponins, flavonoids, and polysaccharides in Ilecemus, and deeply explains their mechanisms of action in the context of replacing and reducing antibiotics in farming. The potential applications of Ilecemus in the field of antibiotic-free farming are focused to provide theoretical references and technical support for the comprehensive development and utilization of Ilecemus and its industrialization in antibiotic-free farming.
