Comprehensive experimental design for the Physical Chemistry——preparation of mulberry flower glycoside hydrogel and its antioxidant resistance
在“双一流”建设的背景下,物理化学实验教学结合中药学专业特点开展了创新综合实验,以进一步提高中药学专业学生的创新思维能力与科研素养.受中药研磨过程启发,将桑葚花色素苷协同辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)催化与羧甲基纤维素(CMC)在机械力下共组装,制备葚花色素苷水凝胶.通过流变学测试考察所制备的水凝胶的机械性能、自愈合性、可注射性,采用1,1 - 二苯基 - 2 - 三硝基苯肼(1 - diphenyl - 2 - picrylhydrazyl,DPPH)法考察水凝胶的抗氧化性.该实验操作简单,可巩固加深理解物理化学中胶体与界面化学相关的知识内容,也可用于中药学等医药类大学化学综合实验教学.
In the context of "double first - class" construction, innovative comprehensive experiments in Physical Chemistry have been conducted in the field of Chinese medicine to enhance the innovative thinking and scientific research skills of students studying Chinese medicine. Taking inspiration from the traditional Chinese medicine grinding process, a hydrogel was prepared by co - assembling mulberry flower extract with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) and carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) under mechanical forces. The mechanical properties, self - healing abilities, injectability, and antioxidant activity of the hydrogels were studied through rheological testing and 1 - diphenyl - 2 - picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) method. This experiment, which simplifies the understanding of colloid and interface chemistry in physical chemistry, can be utilized in comprehensive experimental teaching in chemistry for Chinese medicine and other pharmaceutical universities.
