Optimization on the extraction process of Zhuang medicine Sangshuntang granules by orthogonal design based on AHP-CRITIC method
为优选壮药嗓顺汤颗粒的提取工艺,研究通过比较层次分析法(AHP)、基于指标相关性的权重确定方法(CRITIC)、AHP - CRITIC混合加权法确定指标权重系数,对正交试验各指标成分(葛根素总质量分数、迷迭香酸总质量分数、出膏率)进行综合评分比较,得到的壮药嗓顺汤颗粒提取工艺为复方饮片加水煎煮提取3次,第一次加药材质量12倍体积的水,第二、第三次分别加10倍体积的水,每次提取1 h.验证试验中指标成分葛根素、迷迭香酸的总质量分数分别为4.48和0.30 mg/g,出膏率为14.59%.AHP - CRITIC混合加权法结合正交试验确定的壮药嗓顺汤颗粒提取工艺稳定可行,可为工业化生产提供参考.
In order to optimize the extraction process of Zhuang medicine Sangshuntang granules, a study was conducted to determine the weight coefficients of the indicators by comparing the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the Weight Determination Method Based on Index Correlation (CRITIC), and the AHP - CRITIC mixed weighting method. The orthogonal test was conducted to compare the comprehensive scores of each indicator component (total mass fraction of geraniol, total mass fraction of rosmarinic acid, paste rate), and the extraction process of Zhuang medicine Sangshuntang granules was obtained by boiling and extracting compound decoction pieces with water three times, adding 12 times the volume of the mass of the herb in water for the first time, and 10 times the volume of water for the second and third times, respectively. The total amount of puerarin and rosmarinic acid in the validation experiment were 340.84 and 22.86 mg, respectively, with a paste yield of 14.59%. The AHP - CRITIC mixed weighting method combined with orthogonal experiments determined the stable and feasible extraction process of Zhuang medicine Sangshuntang granules, which can provide reference for industrial production.
