ICP - MS法同时测定马蹄金中20种无机元素的质量分数
Simultaneous determination of mass fractions of 20 inorganic elements in Dirchondramicrantha Ulb. by ICP-MS
采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP - MS)测定马蹄金中20种无机元素的质量分数,并评价Hg、Pb、Cd、As、Cu的安全性.所有无机元素的线性关系良好(r ≥ 0.998 239),方法学考察实验的相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于5%,加样回收率均在89.26% ~ 110.08%,对应的RSD均小于5%;23批样品除Sn元素未被检出外,其余19种元素均检出,其中Fe、Mn、Al、Mg、Na质量分数普遍较高,Fe高达2 446.87 mg/kg;参照2020年版《中国药典》对中药材有害元素的限量规定,除Hg未超标外,Pb、Cd、As、Cu均有不同程度超标;单因子污染指数法和内梅罗综合污染指数法评价结果表明,仅3批安全级别,5批警戒线级别,其余批次污染程度不同.ICP - MS法能快速准确测定马蹄金中20种元素质量分数,可为其安全开发利用和质量控制提供参考.
The mass fractions of 20 inorganic elements in Dichondra micrantha Ulb.were determined using Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP - MS), and the safety of Hg, Pb, Cd, As, and Cu was evaluated. The linear relationships of all inorganic elements were excellent (r ≥ 0.998 239). The relative standard deviation (RSD) of the methodological validation experiments was less than 5%, and the recovery rates for spiked samples ranged from 89.26% to 110.08%, with corresponding RSDs also being less than 5%. Except for Sn, which was not detected, the remaining 19 elements were detected in all 23 batches of samples. Among these, the mass fractions of Fe, Mn, Al, Mg, and Na were generally high, with Fe reaching as high as 2 446.87 mg/kg. According to the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia regulations on the permissible limits of harmful elements in medicinal materials, Pb, Cd, As, and Cu exceeded the limits to varying degrees, with theexception of Hg. The evaluation results using the single - factor pollution index method and the Nemerow comprehensive pollution index method indicated that only 3 batches were classified as safe, 5 batches were at the warning level, and the pollution levels of the remaining batches varied. The ICP - MS method can rapidly and accurately determine the mass fractions of 20 elements in Dichondra micrantha Ulb., providing valuable reference data for its safe development, utilization, and quality control.
