复方南板蓝根片HPLC指纹图谱及多指标成分分析

复方南板蓝根片HPLC指纹图谱及多指标成分分析
HPLC fingerprint and simultaneous determination of multiple components in compound nanbanlangen tablets
采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),同时测定秦皮乙素、咖啡酸和菊苣酸的质量分数,建立HPLC的指纹图谱,并结合化学模式识别对复方南板蓝根片质量进行整体评价.建立了11批复方南板蓝根片的HPLC指纹图谱,在13个共有峰中指认峰3为秦皮乙素,峰4为咖啡酸,峰8为菊苣酸,11批复方南板蓝根片相似度均大于0.900.秦皮乙素、咖啡酸和菊苣酸分离效果良好,在各自范围内线性关系良好(r ≥ 0.999 5),平均回收率分别为97.52%、99.80%和100.96%,对应的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为1.15%、0.85%和1.32%.聚类分析将11批复方南板蓝根片分成2类和4类.方法操作简单、重复性好、灵敏度高、可靠性强,可为复方南板蓝根片的监督和检验工作提供参考依据.
High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to simultaneously determine the mass fraction of cichorigenin, caffeic acid and cichoric acid, to establish the fingerprints of HPLC, and to combine with chemical pattern recognition for the overall evaluation of the quality of the compound nanbanlangen tablets. The HPLC fingerprints of the 11 batches of compound nanbanlangen tablets were established.Among the 13 common peaks, peak 3 was cichorigenin, peak 4 as caffeic acid, and peak 8 as cichoric acid, and the similarity of the 11 batches of compound nanbanlangen tablets was greater than 0.900. The separation of Cichorigenin, caffeic acid and cichoric acid was effective, with a good linear relationship within their respective ranges (r ≥ 0.999 5). The average recovery rates were 97.52%, 99.80%, and 100.96%, and the corresponding relative standard deviations (RSD) were 1.15%, 0.85%, and 1.32%, respectively. Cluster analysis was performed to classify the 11 batches of compound nanbanlangen tablets into 2 and 4 categories. The method established was simple, reproducible, sensitive and reliable, which can provide a reference basis for the supervision and testing of the compound nanbanlangen tablets.
