结合天然药物化学实验教学的实习课题设计与探索
Design and exploration of internship project combined with experimental teaching of Natural Medicinal Chemistry: extraction and activity study of total flavonoids of Artemisia argyi leaves as an example
药物成分提取是天然药物化学实验教学的一部分,是基于药物成分性质了解的实验.基于本科生天然药物葛根总黄酮提取的实验教学,开展了艾叶总黄酮的双水相超声提取.与本科生实验教学相比,本研究优化了总黄酮的提取工艺,采用了新型的提取方法.通过该实习课题,实现了科研与教学的深度融合,进一步将天然药物化学与分析化学、药理学等专业知识的融会贯通,达到了学以致用的效果,且提高了实习生独立思考、创新思维以及积极参与科研的兴趣.
Drug component extraction is an integral part of Natural Medicinal Chemistry experimental teaching, which is an experiment based on understanding the nature of drug components. In this paper, the dual - phase aqueous ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids of Artemisia argyi leaves was carried out based on the experimental teaching of total flavonoids extraction of natural drug Puerariae lobatae Radix for undergraduate students. Compared with the experimental teaching of undergraduate students, this study optimizes the extraction process of total flavonoids and adopts a novel extraction method. Through this internship project, the integration of research and teaching was cleverly realized, and the professional knowledge of natural medicinal chemistry and analytical chemistry and pharmacology was better integrated, which achieved the effect of applying the learning to the application and increased the interest of the interns in independent thinking, innovative thinking and active participation in research.
