汉中地区露地迷你南瓜品种筛选与评价

Screening and evaluation of open-field mini pumpkin varieties in Hanzhong area

摘要

为筛选适宜汉中地区露地栽培的迷你南瓜优良品种，以9个迷你南瓜品种为试验材料，通过品种物候期、植株表型性状、果实、籽粒、产量和品质等指标测定，应用显著性差异分析、隶属函数等方法进行综合评价。结果表明，综合口感是基于多感官协同的多层次认知过程，与粉香味、甜味、肉质细腻度呈极显著或显著正相关， β-胡萝卜素是挥发性芳香物质的来源之一，与粉香味呈显著正相关。贝贝、京研贝贝品种全生育期102 d，抗病性均为4级，产量分别为1 453.77、1 661.89 kg·667 m^-2，商品性产量得分0.42、0.41，口感品质得分0.69、0.54，综合得分0.70、0.65，排名前二，具有生育期短、抗病性强、商品性优的特性，适宜作为汉中地区的主推品种；锦贝2号产量表现最优，为2 669.58 kg·667 m^-2，可作为高产品种进行示范推广。

Abstract

To screen elite mini pumpkin varieties suitable for open-field cultivation in the Hanzhong area, this study used nine mini pumpkin varieties as materials and conducted comprehensive evaluation through systematic measurement of phenological periods, plant phenotypic, fruit traits, seed characteristics, yield and quality, combined with significance difference analysis and membership function analysis. The results showed that comprehensive taste is a multi-level cognitive process based on multi-sensory synergy, and it was significantly positively correlated with floury aroma, sweetness, and flesh tenderness. β-carotene, as one of the sources of volatile aromatic substances, exhibited a significant positive correlation with floury aroma. Among the tested varieties, Beibei and Jingyanbeibei both had a total growth period of 102 days and a disease resistance level of 4, with yield of 1 453.77 and 1 661.89 kg·667 m ^-2, commercial yield scores of 0.42 and 0.41, taste quality scores of 0.69 and 0.54, and comprehensive scores of 0.70 and 0.65, respectively, ranking the top two. These two varieties exhibited short growth period, strong disease resistance, and excellent commerciality characteristics, making them suitable as the main promoted varieties for the Hanzhong area. In addition, Jinbei No. 2 showed the best yield performance, reaching 2 669.58 kg·667 m ^-2, and can be demonstrated as a high-yield variety for demonstration and extension.
