儿童急性鼻窦炎中西医诊治与疗效评价专家共识

Expert consensus on the diagnosis, treatment and efficacy evaluation of pediatric acute rhinosinusitis in integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine

摘要

为明确儿童急性鼻窦炎的中西医结合诊治和临床评价方法, 制订该共识。制订方法采用兰德公司/加州大学洛杉矶分校（RAND/UCLA）适宜性方法, 包括两轮专家调查问卷与一次面对面专家讨论会。主要内容包括范围、术语和定义、概述、西医诊断、中医辨证、中西医治疗、疗效评价与安全性评价等。该共识的制订将为儿童急性鼻窦炎的临床规范诊断与治疗提供借鉴, 为开展高质量临床研究提供方法学支持, 并促进儿童中药新药的研发转化。

Abstract

The consensus has been developed to clarify the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine approach to the diagnosis, treatment, and clinical evaluation of pediatric acute rhinosinusitis. The development methods of the consensus included the RAND/UCLA Appropriateness Method, which comprised two rounds of expert questionnaire surveys and one face-to-face expert panel discussion. The main content covers scope, terms and definitions, overview, Western medicine diagnosis, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation, integrated Chinese and Western treatment, and assessments of therapeutic efficacy and safety. The consensus is intended to provide a practical reference for standardized clinical diagnosis and treatment of pediatric acute rhinosinusitis, offer methodological support for high-quality clinical research, and promote the translation and development of novel Chinese herbal medicines for children.
