摘要

在医学大数据时代,传统医学教学理念面临着全新的挑战与变革需求。随着信息技术的迅猛发展,数据驱动的诊疗方式和多学科交叉的医学研究迅速兴起,医学生对数据素养、跨学科合作及终身学习能力的需求日益增强。该文探讨了医学大数据的发展历程及其对医学教学理念的深刻影响,分析了传统医学教育在知识更新、教学模式、临床实践等方面的局限性及改进方向。提出了适应大数据时代的医学教育改革方向,包括课程设计、数字素养培训、实践与模拟训练、终身学习文化的强化以及跨学科合作的推进。这些变革旨在培养具备数据分析能力、跨学科视野和终身学习意识的医学人才,以应对现代医学的复杂挑战,为全球健康事业发展奠定基础。

Abstract

In the era of big data in medicine, traditional medical teaching concepts face unprecedented challenges and demands for transformation.With the rapid advancement of information technology, data-driven diagnostic approaches and interdisciplinary medical research have rapidly emerged.Medical students increasingly require proficiency in data literacy, interdisciplinary collaboration, and lifelong learning.This paper explores the evolution of medical big data and its profound impact on medical teaching concepts.It analyzes the limitations of traditional medical education in areas such as,knowledge update, educational paradigms,clinical training as well as directions for improvement.Reform directions for medical education in the significant data era are proposed, including curriculum design, digital literacy training, practical and simulation-based learning, strengthening a culture of lifelong learning, and promoting interdisciplinary collaboration.These reforms aim to cultivate medical professionals with competencies in data analysis, interdisciplinary perspectives, and a commitment to lifelong learning.These efforts address the complex challenges of modern medicine and lay a foundation for advancements in global health.
