摘要

以2006-2020年Web of Science SSCI数据库和中国知网CSSCI数据库中的633篇文献为研究对象，利用科学知识图谱分析了国际上关于数字化能力的研究热点和未来研究方向。结果发现：数字化能力是目前研究的热点问题，但是仍处于探索时期。有关数字化能力的具体含义、维度结构、形成机制和影响路径都需要进行进一步的探索。通过对关键词进行聚类分析发现，目前的研究热点聚焦在成本优势、组织韧性、组织双元性、资源基础理论等7个方面；而在未来的研究方向上要重点关注数字化能力与战略变革、竞争优势的结合。

Abstract

Based on 633 articles from the Web of Science SSCI database and the China National Knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI） CSSCI database from 2006 to 2020， a scientific knowledge graph was used to analyze the international research hotspots and future research directions on digital capabilities. The results showed that digital capability was currently a hot research topic， but it was still in the exploratory period. Further exploration was needed regarding the specific meaning， dimensional structure， formation mechanism， and impact path of digital capabilities. Through clustering analysis of keywords， it was found that current research hotspots focused on seven aspects： cost advantage， organizational resilience， organizational duality， and resource-based theory； In future research directions，the combination of digital capabilities with strategic change and competitive advantages need to focus on.
