Construction and Significance of Medical Digital Resources: A Case Study of The Story behind the SCI Paper
近年来,在网络信息化高速发展的背景下,受到网络信息技术的冲击,医学信息化也飞速发展,势不可挡。在皮肤科的临床教学中,经常要大量使用各种影像、图片、视频等数字资源进行辅助教学和临床科研。医学数字资源的建设、应用及推广对于推进医学教育数字化有着至关重要的作用。以书本《SCI论文背后的故事》为蓝本进行医学皮肤科精品数字资源建设,通过临床医生现场讲述各种皮肤病疑难杂症的发病原因及治愈过程,并结合皮肤科界资深专家点评,形成一系列优质的教学片,真实还原四川大学华西医院皮肤性病学科SCI论文发表背后的故事,将纸质资源数字化、网络化,使科学与艺术相结合,将故事性、专业性、教育性和华西精神相融合,使医学专业课程通识化并融入思政元素。使得优质医学资源、诊疗手段、科研方法得以有效的分享、推广和传播并长久保存。
In recent years, under the background of the rapid development of network informatization, under the impact of network information technology, medical informatization has also developed rapidly and irresistibly. In the clinical teaching of Dermatology, a large number of digital resources such as images, pictures and videos are often used for auxiliary teaching and clinical research. The construction, application and promotion of medical digital resources play a vital role in promoting the digitization of medical education. Based on the book The Story behind the SCI Paper as the blueprint, this paper carries out the construction of high-quality digital resources in medical dermatology. Through the clinician's on-site description of the causes and cure process of various difficult and complicated skin diseases, and combined with the comments of senior experts in dermatology, a series of high-quality teaching videos are formed to truly restore the story behind the publication of SCI papers in dermatology and venereology in West China Hospital of Sichuan University, digitizing and networking the paper resources, The combination of science and art, the integration of storytelling, professionalism, education and the spirit of West China Hospital, the universalization of medical professional courses and the integration of Ideological and political elements. So that high-quality medical resources, diagnosis and treatment methods, scientific research methods can be effectively shared, promoted, disseminated and preserved for a long time.
