“共情-模块化”方法在医学留学研究生教学中的应用

“共情-模块化”方法在医学留学研究生教学中的应用
Empathy-Modularization Method in the Teaching of International Postgraduate
由于“一带一路”的开放性决策,许多共建“一带一路”国家的留学研究生进入南京医科大学学习。由于留学研究生的文化背景存在诸多差异,给留学研究生的教学带来一定挑战。基于传统课堂教学方法的改革是提高留学研究生课堂效果的必要途径,也是我校作为新一批“双一流”高校的必然要求。“共情-模块化”方法是在充分调研、了解留学研究生的背景前提下,根据不同研究生的知识基础、文化背景,模块化设置课程内容,精准对标留学研究生的知识薄弱点,提高课程成绩及课堂教学效果。以“Principles and Methods of Clinical and Translational Medicine”(PMCT)为例,在教学实践中,深入剖析“共情-模块化”方法的主要特点、关键环节和存在问题;进一步探索后疫情时代下,针对留学研究生采用“共情-模块化”教学方法的可行性;最终建立健全来华留学研究生的教学方法以及常态化育人体系。
Due to the open decision of the“Belt and Road Initiative”,many international postgraduate students enter Nanjing Medical University to study.However, there are many differences in the cultural background of international postgraduate students,which brings some challenges to the teaching of students.The reform based on the traditional classroom teaching method is a necessary way to improve the classroom effect of international postgraduate students,and it is also an inevitable requirement of our university as a new batch of “Double first-class” universities.On the premise of fully investigating and understanding the background of international postgraduate students,the“zempathic modularization”method sets the course content according to the knowledge base and cultural background of different postgraduates,accurately targets the weak points of knowledge of international students, and improves the course performance and classroom teaching effect.Taking“Principles and Methods of Clinical and Translational Medicine”(PMCT) as an example,this paper deeply analyzes the main characteristics, key links and existing problems of the empathy-modularization approach in teaching practice. To further explore the feasibility of an “empathy-modularization” teaching method for international postgradnate students in the post-pandemic era, and finally establish and improve the teaching method and normal education system for international postgraduate students in China.
