学科特色型课程思政体系构建
Construction of a Discipline-based Ideological & Political Curriculum System:A Case Study of the Pathology Course
高校课程思政建设普遍存在专业课教师思政能力薄弱、思政元素与专业知识结合度差、融合路径生硬以及思政教学考核系统不完善等实际问题。课程思政体系有效地和特色地融入专业课教学是破解难题的核心环节。病理学系通过专项培训、集体学习和统筹管理等方式,打造思政能力过硬和目标明确的专业课教师团队;广泛收集并提炼加工课程思政素材,建立病理学科特色型课程思政教学案例库,满足不同专业教学需求;设计“课前准备→课中实施→课后提升→第二课堂补充”逐级递进的教学过程,优化进阶式课程思政融合路径;开发思政元素协同专业知识的线上线下混合过程性考核系统,健全课程思政考核评价体系;多措并举探索课程思政内容整合和路径融合的可靠方法,构建“病理学”学科特色型课程思政教学体系。
Common practical problems exist in the ideological & political curriculum education in colleges and universities. These problems include the weak ideology and politics abilities of professional course teachers, poor integration of ideology and politics elements with professional knowledge, a rigid integration path, and an imperfect ideological & political teaching assessment system. The effective and characteristic integration of the ideological and political curriculum system into the professional courses is crucial to solving these problems. Our teaching team has undergone special training, group learning and coordinated management to ensure well ideological & political ability and clear objective. We have collected and processed a diverse range of ideological & political materials, and created an ideological and political curriculum case base with the distinct pathological characteristics to satisfy the teaching needs of various majors. Additionally, we have designed a step-by-step teaching process that includes “preparation before class → implementation in class → enhancement after class → supplement in the second class”, in order to optimize a cascading integration path. We have developed an evaluation system that combines online and offline methods. This system integrates professional knowledge with ideological & political elements to improve the assessment process. We have taken various measures to explore the reliable methods of integrating the content and path of the ideological & political curriculum. Our goal is to construct an ideological & political curriculum system with a Pathology characteristic.
