浙江大学口腔医学专业学位硕士研究生抑郁及焦虑现状分析

Analysis of Depression and Anxiety Status among Master’s Degree Students in Clinical Stomatology at Zhejiang University
目的 探讨不同年级、性别、导师类型的口腔医学专业学位硕士研究生抑郁、焦虑情况,探讨压力来源并进行对策分析。 方法 2022年6月,采用问卷调查法,调查浙江大学162名口腔医学专业学位硕士研究生的基本信息、抑郁和焦虑情况、压力来源及释放方法,根据年级、性别和导师类型分类并进行统计学分析。 结果 专业学位硕士研究生的抑郁和焦虑总检出率分别为14.20%和58.02%,研一的抑郁和焦虑检出率分别为23.33%和71.67%,远高于研二(11.86%和59.32%)和研三(4.65%和33.21%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。导师为博导的学生抑郁分数较高(1.78±1.42分,P<0.05),而抑郁与性别无显著性相关。学生平时的主要压力来源是毕业论文(7.17)、科研(5.09)、求职(4.86)和读博(4.30)。常通过与朋友交谈(80.86%)、睡觉(68.52%)、看电视/电影(66.67%)、聚餐(55.56%)、听音乐(52.47%)来释放压力。 结论 口腔医学专业学位硕士研究生压力普遍较大,学生自入学后就有较高比例处于抑郁或焦虑状态。毕业和科研压力是医学生焦虑及抑郁情绪产生的主要原因。学校应从需求出发,从根源解决,对专硕分级指导。在培养过程中应当以研究生教育办为总负责,多部门联动,构建“级联指导”模型,促进专硕跨级交流。同时合理利用医院健身房和学校体育馆,举办各类运动和课程,促进学生身心健康。
Objective To investigate the depression and anxiety status among master’s degree students in clinical stomatology of different grades, genders, and advisor types, explore the sources of stress, and analyze countermeasures. Methods In June 2022, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 162 master’s degree students in clinical stomatology at Zhejiang University on the basic information, depression and anxiety status, sources of stress, and methods of stress relief. The results were statistically analyzed by grade, gender, advisor type. Results After verification, the result showed that the detection rate of depression and anxiety among lower-grade students were higher than those among graduation-grade students. The overall detection rates of depression and anxiety were 14.20% and 58.02% respectively, with the detection rates in the first grade being 23.33% and 71.67%, significantly higher than that in the second grade (11.86% and 59.32%) and the third grade (4.65% and 33.21%), with statistical significance (P<0.05). Depression score was highest among students whose advisors were doctoral advisors (1.78±1.42, P<0.05), while there was no statistically significant difference in gender. The main sources of stress for students were graduation thesis (7.17), scientific research (5.09), job search (4.86), and obtain the qualification for doctoral admission (4.30). Students usually relieve stress through talking with friends (80.86%), sleeping (68.52%), watching TV/movies (66.67%), dining together (55.56%), and listening to music (52.47%). Conclusion Master’s degree students in clinical stomatology generally face high levels of stress, and a high proportion of them have been in a state of depression or anxiety since enrollment. Graduation and research pressures are the main causes. School should start from the needs and solve the pressure of students at the root, by providing guidance on different academic years. During the process of training, the post-graduate education office should take overall responsibility, multiple departments should cooperate and establish a “cascade guidance” model to promote cross-level communication of professional master. Meanwhile, the hospital gyms and school gymnasiums should be used to hold various sports and courses to promote students’ mental and physical health.
