卫生检验与检疫专业学生技能多元化分阶训练考核改革

卫生检验与检疫专业学生技能多元化分阶训练考核改革
Reform of Diversified and Graded Training and Assessment of Skills of Students Majoring in Health Inspection and Quarantine
卫生检验与检疫专业人才主要负责监测、检验和评估环境样品、医疗、食品、药品、化妆品等与人类健康密切相关产品的质量、安全和合规性,为政府部门履行各项公共卫生职能提供重要依据,在维护公共卫生和社会健康方面起着重要的作用。实践技能对于卫生检验与检疫人才非常重要,只有实践技能过硬才能在实际工作中应对挑战,保证检验和检疫工作的准确性和有效性。为了夯实学生的实践技能基础,解决传统培养模式环节少、练习不充分、缺少系统指导、考核少等问题,我们采取了一系列持续的改革措施,包括基础性全面训练考核、针对性重点训练考核、创新性宽视野训练考核、挑战性真实环境训练考核、高阶性综合技能训练考核,经过多年的教学实践和经验总结,建成了多元化分阶训练考核的培养体系,该体系夯基础、重考核、谋实战、强实效、求创新,提升了公共卫生人才培养体系的“两性一度”,达到了很好的实践技能训练效果,适应了疫情后培养高水平公共卫生人才的需求。该培养体系在强调实践技能的专业中具有很强的参考价值。
Health Inspection and Quarantine professionals are mainly responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and evaluating the quality, safety, and compliance of environmental samples, medical products, food, drugs, cosmetics and other products closely related to human health. They provide important basis for government departments to fulfill various public health functions and play an important role in maintaining public hygiene and social health. Practical skills are very important for Health Inspection and Quarantine professionals. Only with strong practical skills can they cope with challenges in practical work, ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of inspection and quarantine work. In order to strengthen the practical skills foundation of students and solve the problems of insufficient parts in traditional training mode, insufficient practice, lack of systematic guidance, and insufficient assessment, a series of continuous reform measures, including basic comprehensive training assessment, targeted key training assessment, innovative broad vision training assessment, challenging real environment training assessment, and high-level comprehensive skills training assessment, were taken. After years of teaching practice and experience summary, a diversified and graded training and assessment system has been established, which consolidates the foundation, emphasizes assessment, strives for practical results, and strives for innovation. It has improved “the profoundness, innovation and challenges” of the public health talent training system, achieved good practical skills training results, and adapted to the needs of building high-level public health talents after the pandemic. This training system has strong reference value in majors that emphasize practical skills.
