探索临床医学生课程思政的获得感:一项质性研究
Exploring the Sense of Achievement in Curriculum Ideology and Politics among Clinical Medical Students: A Qualitative Study
在医学教育领域,课程思政正逐渐成为重要的教学理念。获得感作为一种深层次的心理体验和情感反应,在医学生的职业发展和价值观塑造中扮演着关键角色。 目的 本研究旨在探索和理解临床医学生在课程思政中的体验与反思,特别是在增强获得感方面的影响和效果。 方法 采用质性研究方法,通过半结构化访谈对30名临床医学生进行了深入的现象学分析。访谈内容围绕学生对课程思政的理解、体验和对其实施方式的看法。 结果 研究发现了五个关键主题:课程思政对职业认同的影响、思政元素与医学知识的融合体验、对医学人文关怀的深化理解、思政教育对个人价值观的塑造,以及对课程思政实施方式的反思与建议。 结论 研究结果表明,有效地整合课程思政与专业知识、强化德育功能、提升课程的互动性和实用性,对于提升医学生的获得感至关重要。这不仅有助于他们在专业领域的成长,而且促进了对社会主义核心价值观的深入理解和实践。因此,医学院校需要优化课程思政的实施,以更好地满足临床医学生的教育需求和职业发展。
Curriculum ideology and politics are gradually becoming crucial teaching concepts in the field of medical education. Sense of achievement, as a profound psychological experience and emotional response, plays a pivotal role in the professional development and values shaping of medical students. Objective This study aims to explore and understand the experiences and reflections of clinical medical students in curriculum ideology and politics, specifically focusing on the impact and effects of enhancing the sense of achievement. Methods A qualitative research approach was applied and in-depth phenomenological analysis was conducted through semi-structured interviews with 30 clinical medical students. The interviews centered around students’ understanding of curriculum ideology and politics, their experiences, and perceptions of its implementation. Results The study identified five key themes: the influence of curriculum ideology and politics on professional identity, the fusion experience of ideological and political elements with medical knowledge, the deepened understanding of medical humanistic care, the shaping of personal values through ideological and political education, and reflections and suggestions on the implementation of curriculum ideology and politics. Conclusion The findings suggest that effectively integrating curriculum ideology and politics with professional knowledge, reinforcing the function of ethical education, and enhancing the interactivity and practicality of the curriculum are crucial for boosting the sense of achievement among medical students. This not only contributes to their professional growth but also promotes a profound understanding and practice of socialist core values. Therefore, medical colleges and universities need to optimize the implementation of curriculum ideology and politics to better meet the educational needs and career development of clinical medical students.
