“医学教育创新发展”背景下多模式教学探索
Exploration of Multi-mode Teaching in the Context of “Innovative Development of Medical Education”
医学创新教育强调医学生临床胜任力的培养。临床指南对规范临床诊疗和改善患者健康结局有重要作用。临床实践指南教学对提高医学生临床实践等各方面综合能力等具有重要意义。针对临床实践指南教学开展有诸多薄弱之处,总结“医学教育创新发展”背景下开展临床实践指南多模式教学的四个方面:临床实践指南自主获取和学习的启发式教学、指南培训结合多元化讨论的合作式教学、临床案例结合指南应用的整合式教学、循证医学结合指南解读的辨证式教学,为更好地开展临床实践指南教学提供新的思路。
Innovative medical education emphasizes on the cultivation of medical students’ clinical competence. Clinical guidelines play a crucial role in regulating clinical diagnosis and treatment and improving patients’ health outcomes. The teaching of clinical guidelines is of great significance to improve the comprehensive ability of medical students in clinical practice. The current teaching of clinical guidelines has many weaknesses. Under the background of innovative development of medical education, multi-mode teaching of clinical guidelines is summarized from four aspects, including heuristic teaching of independent acquisition and learning of clinical guidelines, cooperative teaching combining guideline training with diversified discussion, integrated teaching combining clinical case with guideline application, and dialectical teaching combining evidence-based medicine with guideline interpretation, providing new ideas for better implementation of teaching of clinical guidelines.
