基于OBE理念“临床微生物学与检验”数字化教学改革
Digital Teaching Reform of “Clinical Microbiology and Examination” Based on OBE Concept
信息技术的创新和发展引领了教育教学改革新浪潮。丰富的教学资源、多样的教学形式,已经成为推动教育数字化转型发展、改革创新的重要动力。目前,各高校各学科纷纷对教学模式的数字化转型做出积极的探索。本研究基于OBE理念,开展“两线四点”数字化课程教学改革模式,并在“临床微生物学与检验”课程教学和评价中进行实践研究。研究从人才培养标准和学生学情出发,综合制定课程教学目标和计划,采用雨课堂、小规模限制性在线课程(Small Private Online Course,SPOC)、虚拟仿真实验、无纸化考核等丰富多样的数字化教学方法,同时引入问题式学习(Problem-based Learning,PBL)、课程思政等多种形式的教学改革,让学生尽可能地全方位参与到课程学习中;同时制定相应的评价方案并及时反馈于教学,以推动课程教学的良性运行,努力培养具备扎实的理论知识、实践技能、终生学习及创新意识的应用型医学检验技术人才。
The innovation and development of information technology have led a new wave of teaching and education reform. Abundant teaching resources and diverse teaching forms have become important driving force for promoting the digital transformation and innovation of education. At present, universities and disciplines have actively explored the digital transformation of teaching modes. Based on OBE concept, this study innovates the “two lines and four points” digital teaching reform mode and conducts practical research in the teaching and evaluation of “Clinical Microbiology and Examination”. Starting from the standards of talent cultivation and students’ learning situation, this study comprehensively formulates course teaching objectives and plans, and adopts various digital teaching methods including Rain Classroom, Small Private Online Course (SPOC), virtual simulation experiments, and paperless assessment. At the same time, it introduces various teaching reforms such as Problem-based Learning (PBL) and curriculum ideology and politics to enable students to fully participate in course learning as much as possible. In addition, corresponding evaluation program is made and timely feedback is given on the teaching, so as to promote the smooth operation of course teaching and endeavor to cultivate applied talents of medical examination technology with solid theoretical knowledge, practical skills, lifelong learning and innovative consciousness.
