医学生职业价值观、专业认同、就业力关系研究
Research on the Relations among Professional Values, Professional Identity and Employability of Medical Students
目的 探讨医学生的职业价值观、专业认同、就业力关系,为提高医疗卫生人才培养质量和就业能力提供参考。 方法 采用职业价值观、专业认同和就业力量表对广西某医学院校664名学生进行问卷调查,并用SPSS 20.0进行统计分析。 结果 医学生的职业价值观、专业认同、就业力得分较高,分别为4.12、3.8、3.77分。民族、政治面貌、是否为学生干部对职业价值观的影响具有统计学差异;性别、专业对专业认同的影响具有统计学差异;性别、是否为独生子女、生源地、政治面貌、是否为学生干部对就业力的影响具有统计学差异。 结论 医学生的职业价值观、专业认同、就业力处于中高等水平;不同特征医学生在这三方面具有统计学差异;三方面中两两存在显著正相关,专业认同在职业价值观和就业力间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的71%。
Objective To explore the relations among professional values, professional identity, and employability of medical students and provide reference for enhancing the training quality and employability of medical and healthcare talents. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted on 664 students from a medical university in Guangxi using scales for professional values, professional identity, and employability. Statistical analysis was made using SPSS 20.0. Results The scores of medical students’ professional values, professional identity and employability were high and were 4.12, 3.8 and 3.77 respectively. Statistical differences were discovered in the impact of nationality, political background, and whether the student holds a position as a student cadre on professional values. Statistical difference existed in the impact of gender and major on professional identity. In addition, statistical difference also appeared in the impact of gender, whether the student is the only child, origin, political background, whether the student holds a position as a student cadre on employability. Conclusion The professional values, professional identity and employability of medical students are at a moderately high level. There are statistical differences among medical students with different characteristics in these three aspects. Significant positive correlations exist between any two of the three aspects, and professional identity partially mediates between professional values and employability, with the mediating effect accounting for 71% of the total effect.
