呼吸科住院医师培训基地师资队伍能力建设
Construction of Teachers’ Capacity in Respiratory Resident Training Base
目的 通过量化分析和集中培训,促进呼吸科住院医师规范化培训基地师资教学能力的改进和提高。 方法 调查香港大学深圳医院呼吸科带教师资能力现状,设计结构化培训课程进行系统化培训与考评,记录培训过程,分析考评结果,制订改进措施。 结果 根据现有师资情况,设计师资培训课程和能力考评程序。分析显示,师资综合带教能力评分最低(66.6±3.8)分,最高(86.8±3.5)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各教学项目比较显示,临床呼吸教学科技能方面得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过培训和改进措施后,带教教师的综合教学能力得分逐步提高。 结论 临床呼吸科医师的带教能力、经验和知识传授能力存在一定差异,结构化培训和量化考评,有利于持续改进师资带教能力建设。
Objective To promote the improvement and enhancement of the teaching capacity of the standardized training base for respiratory residents through quantitative analysis and centralized training. Methods The current status of teachers’ capacity of the respiratory department at the University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen Hospital was investigated, structured training courses were designed to conduct systematic training and evaluation, the training process was recorded, the evaluation results were analyzed, and improvement measures were formulated. Results Based on the current situation of teachers, teachers’ training courses and procedures of capacity evaluation were designed. According to the analysis, the lowest score of comprehensive teachers’ capacity was 66.6±3.8 while the highest was 86.8±3.5, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The comparison of several teaching projects indicated a statistically significant difference in the scores of clinical respiratory teaching technology (P<0.05). After training and the implementation of improvement measures, the scores of comprehensive teaching capacity of teacher gradually improved. Conclusion There are certain differences in the teaching capacity, experience, and the capacity of knowledge transmission of clinical respiratory physicians. Structured training and quantitative evaluation are beneficial for continuously improving the construction of teachers’ teaching capacity.
