“导师-大学生急救团队-学员”逐级科普培训模式路径分析

“导师-大学生急救团队-学员”逐级科普培训模式路径分析
Path Analysis of Step-by-step Science Popularization Training Mode of “Tutor-College Student First-aid Team-Trainee”
目的 探索以“导师-大学生急救团队-学员”逐级培训模式开展“高质量心肺复苏(HQ CPR)”等急救技能科普培训的有效性及推广路径。 方法 组建大学生急救团队,由河北中医药大学美国心脏协会(AHA)心血管急救培训中心(ITC)导师对团队成员进行培训与考核。以自愿报名的方式招收学员,接受大学生急救团队有关急救技能的科普培训。培训内容包括HQ CPR、自动体外除颤器(AED)的使用、海姆利克法解除气道异物梗阻等。培训前后均对学员通过问卷星形式进行急救知识考核与认知度调查。 结果 2022年10月-2023年6月,共招收学员416名,开展培训26期,学员考核成绩明显优于培训前(P<0.001);学员面对急救事件的态度发生明显改变,由培训前的“辅助施救”到培训后的“主动施救”,科普推广效果显著。 结论 以“导师-大学生急救团队-学员”逐级培训模式在中国大学校园开展HQ CPR等急救科普培训效果良好,可进一步推广。
Objective To explore the effectiveness and promotion path of “high-quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation (HQ CPR)” and other first-aid skills popularization training in the step-by-step training mode of “tutor-college student first aid team-trainee”. Methods A college student first-aid team was formed, and the instructors of the American Heart Association (AHA) Cardiovascular Emergency Training Center (ITC) of Hebei University of Chinese Medicine trained and assessed the team members. Students were recruited through voluntary registration and received science popularization training on first-aid skills from the college students first-aid team. The training content includes HQ CPR, the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs), and the Heimlich maneuver for relieving airway foreign body obstruction. Before and after the training, first-aid skills assessment and cognitive survey were conducted through Wenjuanxing to the trainees. Results From October 2022 to June 2023, a total of 416 trainees were recruited and 26 training sessions were carried out, and the assessment results of the trainees were significantly better than those before the training (P<0.001). The attitude of the trainees in the face of first-aid incidents has changed significantly, from “auxiliary rescue” before the training to “active rescue” after the training, and the effect of science popularization is remarkable. Conclusion The “tutor-college student first-aid team-trainee” step-by-step training mode has a good effect of first-aid science popularization training such as HQ CPR in the university campus in China, which can be further promoted.
