“临床试验设计与统计分析”精品课程建设
Construction of Excellent Course of “Clinical Trial Design and Statistical Analysis”
“临床试验设计与统计分析”是临床医学、公共卫生与预防医学、护理学等专业研究生的一门通用基础课。围绕“强实践、重应用、增能力”的原则,课程建立“以学员为主体,培养统计思维,提升实践能力”的教学思路。按照临床研究的步骤,分模块编排教学内容,根据不同授课内容将适用软件操作融入课堂教学,推进前沿知识进课堂;深化教学改革,针对不同教学模块,实施针对性的分模块多元教学模式,灵活运用案例式教学、讨论式教学,以及对比式教学等方法。丰富教学资源,及时更新教材,录制软件操作视频,建设相关线上课程,分类型撰写标准化小组讨论案例,并为每个案例编写小组讨论实施步骤和策略。改革考核方式,采用包含了研究型作业、小组讨论、研究报告的形成性评价。提升教员思政素养,将思政元素融入教材编写,建立课程思政案例库,课堂教学中结合知识讲解融入思政元素,小组讨论时以蕴含思政元素的案例引发学生讨论。课程建设取得一定成果,被评为军队级精品课程。
“Clinical Trial Design and Statistical Analysis” is a general basic course for postgraduates majoring in the specialties of Clinical Medicine, Public Health and Preventive Medicine, and Nursing. Based on the principles of “strengthening practice, emphasizing on application, and enhancing abilities”, the student-centered teaching thought, which cultivates students’ statistical thinking and promotes practical abilities, has been established. According to the procedures of clinical research, the teaching content was arranged due to different modules, and appropriate software operations were integrated into classroom teaching on the basis of different teaching content, so as to promote the bringing in of frontier knowledge into the classroom. The teaching reform was deepened by implementing diversified teaching mode due to different teaching modules and flexibly applying cased-based teaching, discussion-based teaching, comparative teaching, and so on. The teaching resources were enriched and the teaching materials were updated in time. Software operation videos were recorded, related online courses were constructed, standardized group discussion cases were written due to different types, and the implementation steps and strategies of group discussion were written for each case. The evaluation pattern was reformed by using formative evaluation including research-based assignment, group discussion and research report. In addition, the ideological and political attainments of teachers were improved. Ideological and political elements were integrated into the textbook compilation, the case library of curriculum ideology and politics was constructed, ideological and political elements were combined with knowledge in the classroom teaching, and cases with ideological and political elements were used in students’ discussion during the group discussion. The course construction has obtained certain achievements and was awarded excellent course at the military level.
