产教融合背景下医学检验技术专业学生创新创业教育平台建设

产教融合背景下医学检验技术专业学生创新创业教育平台建设
Development of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Medical Laboratory Technology based on the Context of Industry-Education Integration
产教融合教育是产业与教育的深度合作,是对现有创新创业教育的深化和拓展。因此,以学生为中心,深化产教融合,构建医学检验专业大学生创新能力培养体系对于这门学科的建设极其重要。川北医学院建立创新创业管理信息平台及企业参与人才培养方案动态调整机制,完善双创考核评价的形式与内容;打造校企“三师型”师资队伍,指导学生创新创业;构建产教融合教育课程,加强思政教育,开展“立体式”实践教学;搭建产教融合项目孵化平台,培养学生的创新创业精神和能力,加强校企协同育人促进成果转化,探索产教融合背景下医学检验技术创新创业教育模式,为培养医学检验技术高素质应用型人才提供参考。
Industry-education integration is in-depth cooperation between industries and the university, which deepens and expands the existing innovation and entrepreneurship education. Therefore, it is extremely important for the development of the discipline of medical laboratory to deepen the integration of education and industry and build a system for cultivating the innovative ability of medical laboratory undergraduates with the student-centered approach. Our college has established an innovation and entrepreneurship management information platform and a dynamic adjustment mechanism for the training plan involving enterprises and improved the forms and content of innovation and entrepreneurship evaluation. We have formed a “three-teacher type” faculty team from enterprises and schools to guide students’ innovation and entrepreneurship education. We have constructed an education curriculum integrating education and industry, strengthened ideological education, and carried out “three-dimensional” practice teaching. We have established an incubation platform for industry-education projects to cultivate students’ innovation and entrepreneurship spirit and ability, strengthen the collaborative education between schools and enterprises, and promote achievements transformation. In addition, we have explored the innovation and entrepreneurship education model of medical laboratory technology under the background of industry-education integration, aiming to provide reference for producing high-quality applied talents in medical laboratory technology.
