“书院+学院”协同培养医学拔尖人才探索
Exploration into Residential College + College Collaborative Education in the Cultivation of Top Medical Talents
“书院+学院”双院协同是推动新医科建设、开展立德树人的有效途径,也是理想高远、意志坚定、人格健全、有创新精神的医学拔尖人才的重要平台。从书院和学院的融合程度看,医学院校“书院+学院”模式可分为“分段协同”“双导协同”“五位一体”,以及“双院一体”几种形式。从拔尖人才培养情况看,“书院+学院”模式存在思想观念落后、协同机制缺失、导师制难落地,以及课程融合不够等问题。医学院校要转变思想观念,凝聚协同育人共识;推动双院融合,建立协同育人机制;创新导师制度,凝聚协同育人合力;深化课程融合,完善协同育人体系。
The residential college + college collaboration is an effective way to promote the construction of new medicine and carry out moral education. It is also an important platform for producing medical top talents with lofty ideals, firm will, sound personality, and innovative spirit. From the perspective of the degree of integration between residential colleges and colleges, the residential college + college collaboration model at medical schools can be divided into several forms: segmented collaboration, dual guidance collaboration, five in one, and dual in one. From the perspective of cultivating top-notch talents, the residential college + college collaboration model has problems such as outdated ideological concepts, lack of collaborative mechanism, difficulty in implementing the mentorship system, and insufficient curriculum integration. Therefore, medical schools should change their ideological concepts and consolidate consensus on collaborative education; promote the integration of the two types of colleges to establish a collaborative education mechanism; innovate the mentorship system and unite collaborative efforts in nurturing students; deepen curriculum integration and improve the collaborative education system.
