Practice and Exploration of Clinical Education for Professional Master’s Degree of Clinical Medicine after Adopting Resident Training Mode in Hematology Department
目的 探索并轨模式下血液内科医学专业学位研究生临床教学方法及Mini-CEX技能评估方法。 方法 选择中山大学纪念医院内科806名完成轮科的医学专业学位硕士研究生,采用Mini-CEX量表对其入科前及轮转结束后的临床技能进行测评,评价教学效果;针对不同的教学方式,采用问卷调查的形式对学生满意度进行调查。 结果 出科前研究生在理论知识、问诊技巧、体格检查、临床诊断、治疗计划、操作能力、人文关怀方面的得分分别为(7.53±1.11)(7.58±1.07)(7.47±1.11)(6.47±0.94)(6.05±0.95)(8.28±0.71)(7.64±0.97)分,与入科前比较,成绩提高,差异有统计学意义。学生反馈结果表明在教学方式上,教学查房、病例讨论、微信平台满意度高,小讲课及读书报告有待进一步改善。 结论 采用Mini-CEX量表的临床技能测评方法具有有效性和可行性,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the method of clinical training and the mini-CEX evaluation method for master’s degree candidates after adopting the resident training mode in hematology department. Methods The study selected 806 master’s degree candidates who had completed the rotation training in hematology department. mini-CEX was used to evaluate the students’ clinical competence before and after the end of the training. The questionnaire was used to survey the students’ satisfaction with the different teaching methods. Results The scores of the students who had completed the training in theoretical knowledge, inquiry skills, physical examination, clinical diagnosis, treatment planning, operation ability and humanistic care were 7.53±1.11, 7.58 ±1.07, 7.47±1.11, 6.47±0.94, 6.05±0.95, 8.28±0.71 and 7.64±0.97, respectively. The students did significantly better than after the training. Student feedback results showed high satisfaction in the aspects of teaching rounds, case discussions, and WeChat platform. However, further improvement was needed in small lectures and reading reports. Conclutions The study showed that the method for clinical training and clinical skills evaluation was effective and feasible, thus deserving to be popularized.
