医学实验班人体功能学多元化混合式教学探索

医学实验班人体功能学多元化混合式教学探索
Exploration and Practice of Diversifying and Blended Teaching of Human Function for Medical Experimental Classes
医学教育在卫生健康事业发展中具有重要地位。目前中国长学制医学教育立足基本国情,以新医科建设为抓手,打破传统的学科基础,以“器官-系统”进行课程整合是其教学改革的重点与趋势。西安交通大学在双轮“器官-系统”整合课程体系运行14年后,于2021年8月进行基础与临床综合课程体系建设,实施单轮“器官-系统”整合课程建设,细化课程内涵,构建“全融合”临床医学人才培养新模式。我校人体功能学教研室经过多轮论证,在临床5+3医学实验班和宗濂医学实验班单轮“器官-系统”整合课程人体功能学的教学活动中,探索出厚基础、重实践、多元化、混合式教学的模式,收到良好的教学效果。从人体功能学的课程设计和实施等方面对单轮“器官-系统”整合的教学模式加以探讨,以期为医学院校同类教学改革提供借鉴。
Medical education plays an important role in the development of healthcare. At present, longer-schooling medical education in China is based on the basic national conditions. Constructing new medical disciplines as the starting point, breaking through the traditional disciplinary foundation, and integrating the organ-system curriculum are the focus and trend of its teaching reform. After 14-year operation of the dual round organ-system integration curriculum, Xi’an Jiaotong University carried out construction of the new curriculum integrating preclinical medicine and clinical medicine in August 2021 by implementing the single round organ-system integration curriculum construction and refining the curriculum content so as to construct a new all-integration mode of producting talents of clinical medicine. Our school’s Teaching and Research Office of Function of the Human Body has explored a teaching model of solid foundation, practical emphasis, diversification, and hybrid teaching through multiple rounds of argumentation and teaching activities in the single round organ-system integration curriculum for the Clinical 5+3 Medical Experimental Class and Zonglian Medical Experimental Class. The teaching model has achieved good teaching results. This article explores the teaching model of single round organ-system integration from the aspects of curriculum design and implementation of function of the human body, in order to provide reference for similar teaching reforms at medical colleges and universities.
