“扶放有度,教学有序”模式在肿瘤学思政教育中的应用
Application of “Properly Guiding and Supporting Students” Teaching Mode in the Ideological and Political Education of Oncology
为培养出高素质医学人才及有效落实立德树人任务,将思政教育融入肿瘤学专业教育势在必行。如何将思政教育与肿瘤学教学有效深入地融合是肿瘤学教学中亟待解决的难题。通过阐述分析基于“扶放有度,教学有序”教学模式在肿瘤学思政教育中的意义、现状及该教学模式的实施和优化措施,使更多带教教师了解思政教育在肿瘤学教学中的应用现状及拟采取该教学模式在肿瘤学课程思政教学应用的必要性,从而提高教学质量并加深学生对教学内容的掌握,实现将立德树人理念贯穿肿瘤学教学全过程,达成“如盐入水,润物无声”的课程思政教学效果,为培养德才兼备的肿瘤学人才奠定基础。
In order to cultivate medical talents with high quality and effectively implement the task of establishing morality and cultivating people, it is imperative to integrate ideological and political education into the professional education of Oncology. How to effectively and deeply integrate ideological and political education into the teaching of Oncology is a problem that needs to be solved. Through analyzing the significance, current situation and implementation and optimization measures of the teaching mode of “properly guiding and supporting students” in the ideological and political education of Oncology, more teachers understand the current situation of the application of ideological and political education in Oncology teaching and the necessity of adopting this teaching mode in the ideological and political education of the Oncology course. This mode improves the teaching quality and students’ mastery of the teaching content, truly integrates the concept of “establishing morality and cultivating people” throughout the whole process of Oncology teaching, achieves excellent teaching effect of curriculum ideology and politics, and lays foundation for cultivating talents of Oncology with both ability and political integrity.
