中国公共卫生硕士培养现状可视化分析
Visual Analysis of the Current Status of Public Health Master’s Degree Programs in China
目的 梳理了公共卫生硕士培养研究现状,对公共卫生硕士培养的研究热点及未来发展趋势进行可视化分析,可为学者后续进行相关研究提供参考。 方法 研究选取CNKI数据库中的文献,使用Note Express文献管理软件进行筛选去重,采用CiteSpace软件对其进行可视化分析并构建知识图谱。 结果 公共卫生硕士相关研究有所增加,发文量排名靠前的作者和机构集中在中国东部地区。频次排名前10的关键词里中心性>0.1的有公共卫生、专业学位、培养模式,以及人才培养等。聚类分析揭示了人才培养、教育及影响因素等研究热点。突现词分析显示人才培养是近两年的突现词,主要集中在培训需求、教育现状、全球化等方面。 结论 近几年来,培养模式和人才培养一直是公共卫生硕士培养的研究热点,公共卫生专业学位硕士培养研究数量有所增加,但作者间交流合作有待加强,高等院校与医疗卫生机构和疾病预防控制中心尚未构建良好的合作机制。为契合公共卫生领域对高层次公共卫生专业人才实践能力的要求,应高度重视公共卫生硕士实践能力的培养,不断创新公共卫生专业学位硕士实践能力培养模式,完善以岗位胜任力为核心的公共卫生硕士实践能力评价体系,以推动公共卫生教育事业高质量发展。
Objective This paper reviews the current status of research related to public health master’s degree programs. It makes a visualized analysis of research hotspots and future development trends within this domain. The findings can serve as reference for scholars aiming to conduct further research in this area. Methods This study selected relevant literature from the CNKI database, utilized Note Express for screening and deduplication, and employed CiteSpace for visualized analysis and knowledge graph construction. Results Research on public health master’s degree programs has increased, and the top-ranking authors and institutions in terms of the number of publications are concentrated in the eastern region of China. The keywords with centrality>0.1 in the top 10 frequency rankings include public health, professional degree, cultivation mode, and talent cultivation. Cluster analysis reveals the research hotspots such as talent cultivation, education, and influencing factors. The analysis of emergent words reveals that talent cultivation is the emergent word in the past two years, mainly focusing on training demand, education status, and globalization. Conclusion In recent years, cultivation mode and talent cultivation have been the research hotspots of public health master’s degree programs, and the number of studies on the cultivation of public health master’s degree programs has increased. However, the exchanges and cooperation among authors need to be strengthened, and the institutions of higher education and healthcare institutions and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have not yet constructed a good cooperation mechanism. In order to meet the requirements of public health for the practice ability of high-level public health professionals, great importance should be attached to cultivating the practice ability of master’s degree candidates of public health, continuously innovating the cultivation mode of the students’ practice ability, and improving the evaluation system of their practice ability with job competency as the core so as to push forward the high-quality development of the cause of public health education.
