医学生物化学实验教学与思政教育融合探索
Exploration of the Integration of Medical Biochemistry Experiment Teaching with Ideological and Political Education
基于免疫印迹(Western blotting)实验,探讨在医学生物化学实验教学中引入思想政治教育的重要性及其实践方法,旨在提高实验教学的思政水平,及时跟进思政教育融入高校实验课堂的实效性。Western blotting实验作为生物化学领域的重要实验技术,不仅是培养学生实验技能的重要手段,也是教师进行思政教育的一项重要载体。在Western blotting实验中探索思政元素与教育教学的相互联系是目前较为新颖的一个教学实践角度,将科学实验与思想政治教育相结合,以培养学生在科学精神、合作精神、创新精神等方面的能力,以及社会责任感。将思想政治教育有效地融入科学实验中,培养学生的综合素质,促进创新型医学高素质人才的全面发展。
This article explores the importance and practical methods of introducing ideological and political education into medical biochemistry experiment teaching based on Western blotting experiments, aiming to improve the ideological and political level of experimental teaching and timely keep up with the integration of ideological and political education into university experiment classes. Western blotting experiments, as an important experimental technique in biochemistry, are not only an important means to cultivate students’ experimental skills, but also an important carrier for teachers to carry out ideological and political education. Exploring the interconnection of ideological and political elements with educational teaching in Western blotting experiments is a relatively novel teaching practice perspective at present. It involves combining scientific experiments with ideological and political education to cultivate students’ qualities such as scientific spirit, teamwork spirit, innovative spirit, and sense of social responsibility. Effectively integrating ideological and political education into scientific experiments can help cultivate students’ comprehensive qualities and promote the all-round development of innovative medical high-quality talents.
