基于扎根理论的ChatGPT在核医学教育中的应用优势
Advantages of ChatGPT’s Applied in Nuclear Medicine Education from the Perspective of Grounded Theory
目的 探讨ChatGPT在核医学课程学习及教学中的应用优势因素。 方法 采用质性研究思路,借助扎根理论方法,通过线下面访和线上访谈收集数据,运用NVivo 14.0软件对访谈文本进行三级编码。 结果 提出ChatGPT在核医学教育领域中存在的指导课程知识学习、辅助课程理论教学、营造科研学术氛围、加强临床实践能力、平衡教育资源不均,以及提高医学人文素养六大优势因素,其中指导课程知识学习和加强临床实践能力两大优势因素最受关注,被提及的频繁程度分别为29%和21%。 结论 ChatGPT在核医学教育领域的应用优势展现在学生自主学习、教师教学辅助,以及社会医学人文3个层面,为高等医学教育的高质量发展带来了巨大的机遇和挑战。
Objective To explore the advantages of ChatGPT applied in the learning and teaching of nuclear medicine course. Methods By using qualitative research method, based on Grounded Theory, data were collected through offline and online interviews; and the interview texts were coded at three levels using NVivo14.0 software. Results We found six major advantages of ChatGPT in the field of nuclear medicine education: guiding course knowledge learning, assisting in theory teaching, creating an academic atmosphere for scientific research, enhancing clinical practice ability, balancing the inequality of educational resources, and developing medical humanistic literacy. Among them, the first two advantages received the most attention, with the frequency of mentioning being 29% and 21%, respectively. Conclusion The advantages of ChatGPT in the field of nuclear medicine education lie in three levels: students’ independent learning, teachers’ teaching assistance, and social medical humanities, which bring great opportunities and challenges to the high-quality development of higher medical education.
