以专利创新为导向培养针灸领域创新人才探索
Exploration of Cultivating Innovative Talents in Acupuncture and Moxibustion Oriented by Patent Innovation
目的 利用文献计量方法分析目前国内外穴位刺激相关专利的开发态势及其热点,为针灸专业创新型人才培养提供参考。 方法 采用壹专利平台对穴位刺激相关专利进行年度趋势分析、文本聚类分析、专利图景分析,以及关键词云分析等,绘制相应可视化知识图谱。 结果 共纳入1 626篇简单同族专利文献,IPC分类号集中在A61,其中A61H39/00大组的专利数量最多。相关专利的技术布局热点主要集中在针具创新、穴位刺激手段创新、穴位刺激治疗仪及核心部件的综合开发。 结论 中国学者在该领域专利申请量与公开量均最大,但高校和科研院所申请数量较少,专业性较低,这在一定程度上影响了专利价值度和成果转化率。因此,应在学科交叉的基础上,加强针灸专业课程教育与创新教育的融合,强化针灸创新型人才培养,为进一步促进产学研协同创新奠定基础。
Objective To analyze the development trend and hotspots of acupoint stimulation-related patents at home and abroad using bibliometric methods and provide reference for the cultivation of innovative talents in Acupuncture and Moxibustion. Methods The Patyee platform was used to conduct annual trend analysis, text clustering analysis, patent landscape analysis, keyword cloud analysis, etc., on acupoint stimulation-related patents, and corresponding visual knowledge maps were drawn. Results A total of 1626 simple consortium patent documents were included, with IPC classification numbers concentrated in A61, among which the number of patents in the A61H39/00 group was the largest. The technical layout hotspots of related patents mainly focused on needle innovation, acupoint stimulation method innovation, comprehensive development of acupoint stimulation therapy devices and core components. Conclusion China has the largest number of patent applications and publications in this field, but universities and research institutes have fewer applications and lower professionalism, which to some extent affects the value and conversion rate of patents. Therefore, on the basis of interdisciplinary, the integration of Acupuncture and Moxibustion professional curriculum and innovation education should be strengthened, and the cultivation of innovative talents in Acupuncture and Moxibustion should be enhanced, so as to lay the foundation for further promoting the collaborative innovation of industry, university and research.
