数字时代医学教育和师资培育思想转变思考
Reflection on the Transformation of Thoughts of Medical Education and Teachers’ Training in the Digital Era
教育数字化是推动教育高质量发展,建设教育强国的重要引擎。医学教育数字化转型是医学教育领域的重大变革,对于提升医学教育质量、优化教育资源配置、强化创新人才的自主培养能力具有重要意义。数字教育更加注重“以学生为中心”,培养学生跨界融合能力、沟通协作能力、创新意识、批判性思维,以及解决复杂问题的能力。教师作为教育的实施者,面对数字教育的挑战,除了不断提高数字化意识、增强运用数字技术的能力之外,教师的教育思想与角色转变更为重要。从分析医学教育数字化的内涵、教育数字化对教师职业胜任力的要求和新时代学习者的学习行为特点入手,结合个人的理解,对教师主动应对教育数字化转型提出思考和建议,以期为教育同行提供参考。
Digitalization of education is an important engine to promote the high-quality development of education and build an educational power. The digital transformation of medical education is a major change in medical education, which is of great significance for improving the quality of medical education, optimizing the allocation of educational resources and cultivating innovative talents. Digital education pays more attention to “student-centered” thought and cultivates students’ cross-border integration, communication and cooperation, innovative consciousness, critical thinking and complex problem-solving ability. As the implementer of education, facing the challenge of digital education, teachers’ educational ideas and role changes are more important in addition to constantly improving the digital awareness and enhancing the ability of using digital technology. Based on the analysis of the connotation of digitalization of medical education, the requirements of digital education for teachers’ professional competence and the characteristics of learners’ learning behavior in the new era, combining personal understanding, thoughts and suggestions for teachers to take the initiative to deal with the transformation of digitalization of education are put forward, so as to provide reference for educational peers.
