“一体两翼”评价体系在医学实训课程混合教学中的应用

“一体两翼”评价体系在医学实训课程混合教学中的应用
Application of the “One Body, Two Wings” Evaluation System in Blended Teaching of Medical Training Courses
目的 探讨“一体两翼”评价体系在临床技能学混合教学中的应用效果。 方法 选取2019级医学类专业学生及2022年春季学期临床技能学15名授课教师为研究对象,临床技能学实施混合式教学,通过查阅文献及咨询专家编制学生能力自评调查问卷、学生课程满意度调查问卷、教师授课体验调查问卷,开展分阶段多元化全贯通式课程评价。 结果 学生在接受混合教学后,自主学习能力、动手能力、分析解决问题能力、沟通技巧、人文关怀精神风貌及临床综合思维都有所提高(P<0.001);79.8%的学生对临床技能学混合式教学整体情况较满意;教师普遍对混合式教学整体满意度较高;学生课程总评成绩为(86.76±8.26)分,临床技能掌握良好。 结论 “一体两翼”评价体系的应用有利于教学管理实时调整、多方面评价教学效果、全方位评估医学生能力以及医学人才培养模式优化升级,同时也为其他医学类实训课程混合式教学质量评价提供参考。
Objective To explore the application effect of the “one body, two wings” evaluation system in blended teaching of Clinical Skills. Methods Medical students of the Class of 2019 and 15 teachers who taught Clinical Skills in the spring semester of 2022 were selected as the research objects, and blended teaching was implemented in Clinical Skills. By reviewing literature and consulting experts, the questionnaires of self-assessment for students’ abilities, students’ course satisfaction, and teachers’ teaching experience were developed, and a phased and diversified comprehensive course evaluation was conducted. Results After receiving blended teaching, students’ self-learning ability, hands-on skills, analytical and problem-solving ability, communication skills, humanistic care spirit, as well as clinical comprehensive thinking are improved (P<0.001). 79.8% of students are satisfied with the overall situation of blended teaching in Clinical Skills. Teachers generally have a high overall satisfaction with the implementation of blended teaching. Students’ overall score of the course is (86.76±8.26), indicating good mastery of clinical skills. Conclusion The application of the “one body, two wings” evaluation system is beneficial for real-time adjustment of teaching management, evaluation of teaching effect in multiaspect, comprehensive evaluation of medical students’ abilities, and optimization and upgrading of medical talent training modes. At the same time, it also provides reference for the quality evaluation of blended teaching in other medical training courses.
