OBE-BOPPPS模式在妇产科学腹腔镜培训教学中的应用

OBE-BOPPPS模式在妇产科学腹腔镜培训教学中的应用
Application of OBE-BOPPPS Teaching Mode in Laparoscopic Training and Teaching of Obstetrics and Gynecology
旨在评估基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念的BOPPPS教学模式在妇产科住院医师规范化培训腹腔镜手术基本操作教学中的应用效果。研究比较了培训前后学员的理论成绩和基本操作技能,以及两组不同基础的学员表现。结果显示,培训后学员的理论成绩和操作技能均有显著提升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。此外,无论学员是否接受过传统腹腔镜培训,培训后两组成绩无显著差异(P=0.056)。学员普遍对这一教学模式评价较高,认为其有助于激发兴趣、提升能力、增强团队合作和自主学习能力。基于OBE理念的BOPPPS教学模式为妇产科住院医师规范化培训提供了新的教学模式。
This study aims to evaluate the application effect of BOPPPS teaching mode based on the concept of outcome-based education (OBE) in the basic operation teaching of laparoscopic surgery in the standardized training of residents in Obstetrics and Gynecology. The study compared the theoretical scores and basic operation skills of trainees before and after training, as well as the performance of trainees with different bases in the two groups. The results showed that the theoretical scores and operation skills of the trainees improved significantly after training, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001). In addition, there was no significant difference in the performance of the two groups after training, regardless of the fact whether the trainees had received conventional laparoscopic training or not (P=0.056). The trainees generally rated this teaching mode highly, believing that it helped stimulate interest, improve competence, and enhance teamwork and independent learning ability. The BOPPPS teaching mode based on OBE concept provides a new mode for resident standardized training in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
