BOPPPS教学模式在消化内科临床教学查房中的应用
Application of BOPPPS Teaching Mode in Clinical Teaching of Ward Inspection in the Department of Gastroenterology
目的 探讨在消化内科临床教学查房中应用BOPPPS教学模式的作用。 方法 将消化内科129名临床实习生随机分为BOPPPS组(65人)和传统教学模式组(64人),分别应用BOPPPS及传统教学模式进行教学查房,评价两组的学习效果。 结果 BOPPPS组在理论考试及技能操作成绩上显著优于传统教学模式组(P<0.05),BOPPPS组在查找资料能力、自主学习能力、临床思维方式、团队合作意识等方面明显高于传统教学模式组(P<0.05)。 结论 在消化内科临床教学查房中应用BOPPPS教学模式有助于实习医师专业知识的掌握及临床思维的培养,取得了良好的教学效果,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of applying BOPPPS teaching mode in clinical teaching of ward inspection in the department of gastroenterology. Methods A total of 129 medical interns enrolled in this study were randomly divided into the BOPPPS teaching mode group (n=65) and the traditional teaching mode group (n=64). BOPPPS and traditional teaching methods were applied respectively and the learning outcomes of the two groups were evaluated. Results The test scores of BOPPPS group, including theoretical test and technical operation, were significantly higher than those of the traditional teaching mode group (P<0.05). Compared with the traditional teaching mode group, the BOPPPS teaching mode group achieved significantly better performance in terms of searching for information, independent learning, the way of clinical thinking, as well as the sense of teamwork (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of the BOPPPS teaching mode in clinical teaching of ward inspection in the department of gastroenterology is conducive to the mastery of professional knowledge and the cultivation of clinical thinking of the medical interns and acquires good teaching effect, which is worth promoting.
