中国医学研究生教育发展脉络与热点主题
Research Progress and Hot Topics of Medical Postgraduate Education in China
目的 探讨21世纪以来中国医学研究生教育研究发展脉络与热点主题。 方法 运用CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析,选取来源于中国知网和万方数据库的2000 — 2024年被CSSCI、CSCD及北大核心期刊收录的高质量文献492篇。 结果 从发文量和合作者网络看,以地域内小团体合作为主,机构和区域间合作相对较弱。通过关键词共现和聚类分析,识别出医学研究生学位制度、教育模式创新、发展现状及影响因素,以及医教协同与创新发展等四大研究热点主题。关键词时间线及突现表明中国医学研究生培养研究经历了起步探索期(2000 — 2010年)、深化改革期(2010 — 2018年)和高质量发展期(2018 —至今)三个阶段,各阶段关键词和热点主题各具特色。 结论 本研究借CiteSpace软件剖析文献后可知,中国医学研究生教育研究合作有地域局限。未来应鼓励跨机构及跨地区合作,整合资源与视角,与培养质量、模式、导师队伍、研究生心理及产学研用一体化等方面协同发力,推动高质量发展,助力拔尖创新医学人才培养。
Objective To explore the research progress and hot topics of the research on medical postgraduate education in China since 2000. Methods CiteSpace software was used for visual analysis, and 492 high-quality literatures indexed by CSSCI, CSCD and core journals of Peking University from 2000 to 2024 were selected from CNKI and Wanfang database. Results In terms of the number of papers published and the network of collaborators, the cooperation of small groups in the region was dominant, and the cooperation between institutions and regions was relatively weak. Through keyword co-occurrence and cluster analysis, four hot topics including medical postgraduate degree system, innovation of education mode, development status and influencing factors, medical education collaboration and innovative development were identified. The key words timeline and emergence indicate that China’s medical postgraduate cultivation research has experienced three stages including initial exploration (from 2000 to 2010), deepening reform (from 2010 to 2018) and high-quality development (from 2018 to the present), and each stage has its own characteristics of keywords and hot topics. Conclusion Based on literature analysis by CiteSpace software, it can be known that the research cooperation on medical postgraduate education in China is limited by region. In the future, cross-institutional and cross-regional cooperation should be encouraged to integrate resources and perspectives. Efforts should be made in a coordinated manner in aspects such as the quality of training, modes, the mentor team, the psychology of postgraduates, and the integration of industry, academia, research, and application to promote its high-quality development and facilitate the cultivation of top-notch innovative medical talents.
