临床医学模拟教学融合信息化建设探索
Exploration of Clinical Medicine Simulation Teaching Integrating with Informatization Construction
医学模拟教学在医学人才培养中起重要作用,随着信息化技术不断发展,医学模拟中心的信息化建设和应用面临管理平台建设不完善、技术与教学融合应用欠佳,以及创新研究发展缓慢等一系列问题。四川大学华西医学模拟中心以“胜任力为导向”的人才培养目标,从模拟教学实际需求出发,提出“多模态临床技能实验教学”的新理念,通过长期规划、分步建设和整合资源,深度融合多种智能化信息技术,创新建设医学模拟中心信息化环境,结合多种先进教学理念构建多种模拟教学新范式,积极开展多项医学模拟创新研究,极大提升医学模拟教学质量,助力打造一流华西实践教学体系。在信息化建设与应用的各方面取得显著成效:信息化提升改善教学管理,评估满意度均超95%;基于新范式建设课程受益超过5.2万人次且评教结果良好;融合信息化建设课程获评国家级、省级一流课程;教研教改成果形成多项成果转化;中心整体建设成果获评教育部高教司国家级实验教学示范中心总结推进会建设优秀案例。
Medical simulation teaching plays an important role in the cultivation of medical talents. With the continuous development of information technology, the informatization construction and application of medical simulation centers are faced with a series of problems, such as imperfect management platform construction, poor integration and application of technology and teaching, and slow development of innovative research. With the goal of “competency-oriented” talent cultivation, West China Medical Simulation Center of Sichuan University puts forward the new concept of “multi-modal experimental teaching of clinical skills” from the actual needs of simulation teaching, deeply integrates multiple intelligent information technologies, and innovates the construction of informationalized environment through long-term planning, step-by-step construction and resource integration. Combining with several advanced teaching concepts, multiple new simulation teaching paradigms are established, and several medical simulation innovation researches are carried out actively, greatly promoting the quality of medical simulation teaching, and helping the construction of a first-class practical teaching system in West China. Remarkable results have been achieved in all aspects of informatization construction and application. The promotion of informatization improves teaching management, and the satisfaction of evaluation exceeds 95%. Courses based on new paradigm construction benefit more than 52,000 students and achieve good teaching evaluation results. Courses integrated with informatization construction are rated as national and provincial first-class courses, and teaching research and reform achievements form a number of achievement transformation. The overall construction achievements of the center are awarded as excellent cases of the construction of the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center by the Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education.
