思想道德与法治协同育人在“人体寄生虫学”教学中的路径分析
Analysis of the Pathway of Collaborative Cultivation of Ideological Morality and Rule of Law in “Human Parasitology” Teaching
“新医科”时代背景下,高等医学教育以培养全面发展的医学人才为目标。医学院校亟须推进思政教育与专业教育地深度融合,引领医学教育提质创新。本研究以专业教育中的“人体寄生虫学”课程为切入点,构建“价值引领-知识传授-能力培养”三位一体的教学模式。基于建构主义学习理论与协同教学理论,创新设计“专业筑基-价值引领”双螺旋教学路径。通过案例教学法、小组讨论法和实践教学法的综合运用,研究开发出案例双轨教学法、伦理冲突模拟法、社区宣教实践法等融合策略,将“思想道德与法治”课程教育目标有机融入寄生虫学知识体系。以北京福寿螺事件、青蒿素研发等典型案例为载体,形成多个特色教学模块,有效提升学生的知识整合能力与价值判断水平。实践表明,融合教学显著提升了学生的专业素养与思政认知水平,大多数学生认可该模式对职业使命感的正向影响。研究提出的“三维深化”发展路径:纵向深挖科研伦理维度,横向拓展“临床-社区”双场景实践,立体构建数字资源平台,为医学教育实现“病原体辨识能力”与“健康中国使命感”的协同进化提供可复制方案。
In the era of “New Medicine”, under the goal of cultivating comprehensively developed medical professionals in higher medical education, medical schools urgently need to advance the deep integration of ideological and political education with professional education, leading to quality improvement and innovation in medical education. This study takes the Human Parasitology course in professional education as an entry point, constructing a “value guidance-knowledge transmission-capacity cultivation” trinity teaching mode. Based on constructivist learning theory and collaborative teaching theory, it innovatively designs a dual-spiral teaching pathway with “professional foundation and value guidance”. Through the comprehensive application of case-based teaching, group discussion, and practical teaching methods, the research develops integrated strategies such as dual-track case pedagogy, ethical conflict simulation, and community propaganda education practices, organically embedding the education objectives of “Ideological Morality and Rule of Law” course into the knowledge system of Parasitology. Utilizing representative cases including the Beijing apple snail incident and artemisinin research, the study forms multiple specialized teaching modules that effectively enhance students’ knowledge integration capabilities and value judgment skills. Practice demonstrates that integrated teaching significantly improves students’ professional competence and ideological and political awareness, with the majority of students acknowledging its positive impact on fostering professional. The study proposes a three-dimensional deepening developmental path, including vertically exploring research ethics, horizontally expanding “clinical-community” dual-scenario practices, and holistically building a digital resource platform, providing a replicable framework for synergizing “pathogen identification capabilities” with a “commitment to Healthy China” in medical education.
