术前思维导图填图法在医师规范化培训中的应用
Application of Preoperative Mind Map Filling Method in Standardized Training for Residents
目的 评估单病种术前诊疗思维导图填图法对新入科规培生短期内(1个月)临床工作的影响。 方法 在科室学术主任领导下撰写“单病种(直肠癌)术前诊疗思维导图”,预留空白框由规培生填写。将2022年1月— 2024年8月入科规培生112人,平均分配到六个独立临床带教医疗组。对照组54人采用传统规培带教方法,研究组58人采用单病种术前诊疗思维导图填图法。入科满1个月后由带教教师对学生临床知识和工作进行打分,用SPSS 22.0对数据进行统计分析。 结果 研究组在五项打分中均高于对照组(P<0.01),特别是“医嘱没有遗漏及错误程度”和“术前准备工作完成度”两项得分提高明显。 结论 通过使用单病种术前诊疗思维导图填图法,使单病种规范诊疗易于执行到位,避免刚入科规培生临床纰漏,加强了规培生临床工作的医疗安全,同时提高了规培生对新接触病种的学习效率。
Objective To evaluate the impact of preoperative diagnosis and treatment mind map filling method for single disease on the short-term (one month) clinical work of newly enrolled physicians of standardized training for residents. Methods Under the leadership of the academic director of the department, a “preoperative diagnosis and treatment mind map for single disease (rectal cancer)” was written and blank boxes were left for students to fill in. A total of 112 students participated in the standardized training for residents from January 2022 to August 2024 were evenly distributed to six independent clinical teaching medical groups, with 54 students in the control group and 58 students in the experimental group. The control group used traditional training and teaching methods, while the experimental group used preoperative diagnosis and treatment mind map filling method for single disease. At the end of the first month of the standardized training, the supervising teacher scored the students’ clinical knowledge and work, and conducted statistical analysis on the data using SPSS 22.0. Results The research group had higher scores than the control group in all five aspects (P<0.01), especially in the scores of “no omissions or errors in medical orders” and “completion of preoperative preparation”, which showed significant improvement. Conclusion By using preoperative diagnosis and treatment mind map filling method for single disease, standardized diagnosis and treatment of single diseases can be easily implemented, avoiding clinical errors for newly enrolled physicians, strengthening the medical safety of physicians’ clinical work, and improving their learning efficiency for new diseases.
