递进式动态情景教学在“内科护理学”教学中的应用

递进式动态情景教学在“内科护理学”教学中的应用
Application of Progressive Dynamic Scenario Teaching in the Course of “Internal Medical Nursing”
目的 在内科护理学教学中,虽普遍使用了案例教学,但案例多为静态、单一情景,一定程度上制约了教学效果。本研究旨在探讨基于ADDIE模型的递进式动态情景教学在内科护理学教学中的应用效果。 方法 将2021级2个护理本科班随机分为研究组(62人)和对照组(62人),对照组采用传统授课形式,研究组采用基于ADDIE模型的递进式动态情景教学,即依据ADDIE模型,充分利用线上线下教学资源,在理论课、实践学习和第二课堂教学环节中开展“问题驱动教学-探究式学习-引导式研讨-沉浸式模拟-参与式巩固”的递进式动态情景教学。一个学期后比较两组护生的临床思维能力、自主学习能力、期末理论成绩及操作成绩。 结果 研究组护生临床思维能力、自主学习能力、期末理论成绩及操作考试成绩显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。 结论 基于ADDIE模型的递进式动态情景教学能有效提高本科护生的临床思维能力、自主学习能力,提升学习效果。
Objective Although clinical cases are commonly used in the teaching of Internal Medical Nursing, the cases are mostly static and single scenario, which to some extent restrict the teaching effect. This study aimed to explore the application effects of implementing progressive dynamic scenario teaching based on ADDIE model in the course of Internal Medical Nursing. Methods Two classes of Nursing students enrolled in 2021 were randomly divided into the experimental group (n=62) and the control group (n=62). The control group received traditional teaching for Internal Medical Nursing, while the experimental group was taught by progressive dynamic scenarios teaching based on ADDIE model for the same course, which contained “problem-driven teaching, inquiry-based learning, guided discussion, immersive simulation and participatory consolidation” in the session of theoretical class, practical learning as well as the second classroom based on ADDIE model by fully using online and offline teaching resources. At the end of the semester, the clinical thinking ability, self-learning ability, and performance in the final theoretical and skill exams were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of clinical thinking ability, self-learning ability and the performance in exams of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (all P<0.05). Conclusion Progressive dynamic scenario teaching based on ADDIE model can effectively cultivate students’ clinical thinking ability and self-learning ability, and improve the learning outcomes.
