研究生健康管理在线课程群学习力及其提升策略研究
Study on the Learning Ability and Improvement Strategies of Online Health Management Course Group for Graduate Students
目的 评价研究生健康管理在线课程群学习力现状及其对成绩的影响作用,并对现有在线课程群教学模式提出对策。 方法 通过问卷调查共回收有效问卷184份。使用SPSS 26.0对数据进行分析,采用描述性统计分析刻画研究生在线学习力量表总分及各维度得分,运用二分类Logistic回归分别拟合在线学习力五个维度得分对研究生的平时分、期末分、总评分的影响作用。 结果 研究生健康管理在线课程群学习力总分为(109.84±14.29)分,条目均值为4.22分。其中,学习意愿驱动力维度条目均分得分最高,学习关系互惠力维度条目均分得分最低。学习意愿驱动力对在线课程群的平时分、期末分、总评分有正向影响作用(β1=1.481,P=0.028;β2=1.262,P=0.032;β3=1.513,P=0.004),而学习过程调控力有负向影响作用(β1=0.528,P=0.011;β2=0.696,P=0.024;β3=0.584,P=0.008)。 结论 研究生健康管理在线课程学习力较高,需要强化学生间在线合作学习,优化教师在线辅导的作用,帮助学生提升学习过程调控能力和学习关系互惠力,从而提升教学成效。
Objective To evaluate the learning ability of graduate students in online Health Management courses and its influence on course achievement, and propose strategies for improving the online course group teaching mode. Methods A total of 184 valid questionnaires were collected through questionnaire survey. Data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 statistical software. Descriptive statistical analysis was employed to describe the total score and scores of each domain of the online learning ability scale for graduate students. Binary logistic regression was used to fit the influence of the five dimensions of online learning ability scores on the regular score, final score, and total score of the graduate course scores. Results The total score of the learning ability of graduate students in online Health Management course group was (109.84±14.29) points, with an average item score of 4.22 points. Among these, the highest average score was for the learning willingness dimension, while the lowest was for the learning relationship reciprocity dimension. Learning willingness had a positive effect on the regular score, final score, and total score of the online course group (β1=1.481, P=0.028; β2=1.262, P=0.032; β3=1.513, P=0.004). In contrast, learning process regulation had a negative effect (β1=0.528, P=0.011; β2=0.696, P=0.024; β3=0.584, P=0.008). Conclusion Graduate students exhibit high learning ability in online Health Management course. It is necessary to enhance online cooperative learning interactions among students, optimize teacher feedback functions, and assist students in improving their learning process regulation ability and learning relationship reciprocity. These measures can help improve teaching effectiveness.
