“大医精诚”理念在中医院校“人体解剖学”教学中的应用
Application of the Concept of “the Great Physician with Profound Skills and Sincere Heart” in the Teaching of “Human Anatomy” in TCM Colleges and Universities
“大医精诚”是《备急千金要方》的首篇,由唐代名医孙思邈所著,是中医伦理学的基础,从“精”和“诚”两方面对从医者提出了道德与专业并重的要求,体现了中医药学对医者人格与医术统一的高度追求。本文探讨了将“大医精诚”理念融入中医院校“人体解剖学”教学的实践路径,强调通过课程整合、教学方法创新、评价体系构建,以及教师榜样作用等方式,引导医学生在掌握专业知识与技能的同时,树立敬畏生命、严谨治学和仁爱济世的职业精神,培养既具专业技能又具人文素养的中医学人才。通过强化医德教育和医学价值观的培育,推动“立德树人”教育目标的实现,提升医学生的文化认同和社会责任感,从而更好地传承中华医学文化,弘扬中医药精神,助力中医药现代化发展与新时代医学教育改革地深度融合。
“The great physician with profound skills and sincere heart”, the first chapter of “Essential Prescriptions Worth a Thousand Gold”, was written by Sun Simiao, a renowned Tang Dynasty physician. As the cornerstone of traditional Chinese medical ethics, it emphasizes the dual imperatives of “profundity in skills” and “sincerity in virtue” for medical practitioners, reflecting the holistic pursuit of unifying technical excellence with moral integrity in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). This study explores practical approaches to embedding this philosophy into “Human Anatomy” courses at TCM colleges and universities, emphasizing the cultivation of Chinese medicine talents with both professional skills and humanistic qualities through curriculum integration, teaching methods and evaluation system innovation. Furthermore, through enhanced medical ethics training and value-based education, this initiative aligns with the national educational mandate of cultivating virtue through education, fostering cultural identity and social responsibility among students. Ultimately, it seeks to preserve the legacy of Chinese medical wisdom, advance the modernization of TCM, and bridge its integration with contemporary medical pedagogy.
