OBE理念下游戏化教学模式在外科学课程思政中的应用
Application of Gamified Teaching Mode in Curriculum Ideology and Politics of Surgical Courses Based on OBE Concept
为落实高等医学教育“立德树人”的根本任务,针对高等医学院校外科学思政教学中存在的问题,结合原发性肝恶性肿瘤的教学案例,本文阐述了将思政内容融入外科学教学,特别是在临床实践、医学伦理及社会责任等方面的设计和应用。本研究通过精心的游戏化教学设计,思政元素的融入,提高课程教学质量,提高学生的人文素养,强化医德医风和医者仁心的教育,激发学生的学习动力,增强学生综合能力和思想政治素质,为未来的临床实践和职业生涯奠定坚实基础。
In order to implement the fundamental task of “establishing morality and cultivating people” in higher medical education, this study addresses the problems in the ideological and political education of Surgery in medical colleges and universities. It uses a case study of hepatocellular carcinoma to demonstrate how to integrate ideological and political content into surgical teaching, particularly in the design and application of clinical practice, medical ethics, and social responsibility. Through carefully designed gamified teaching and integration of ideological and political elements, the quality of course teaching is improved, students’ humanistic literacy is enhanced, education on medical ethics and compassion is strengthened, students’ learning motivation is stimulated, and their comprehensive abilities and ideological and political qualities are promoted, so as to lay a solid foundation for their future clinical practice and professional careers.
