跨学科合作在复杂骨科病例教学中的应用与综合诊疗能力提升探究
Research on the Application of Interdisciplinary Cooperation in the Teaching of Complex Orthopedic Cases and the Improvement of Comprehensive Diagnosis and Treatment Abilities
随着医学的发展,复杂骨科病例对医学生综合诊疗能力提出了更高的要求,传统骨科教学模式的局限性日益凸显。为深入探讨跨学科合作在复杂骨科病例教学中的应用及其对综合诊疗能力的提升作用,本研究通过理论分析与实践探索,阐述了骨科与放射科、康复科、疼痛科等多学科联合教学的意义、价值和作用。将骨科与放射科联合有助于学生精准解读影像资料,提升诊断能力;与康复科联合能使学生掌握康复流程及要点,增强整体治疗观念;与疼痛科联合可提升学生疼痛评估与管理能力。跨学科合作教学主要通过构建多学科教学团队、整合教学资源、设计联合教学课程体系等路径实施,包括选拔各学科优秀教师并明确分工协作,整合教材、病例、影像、康复训练视频等资源,涵盖多学科知识讲授、案例分析、联合查房及模拟诊疗等课程环节。实践结果表明,跨学科合作是一种行之有效的教育模式,显著提升了医学生综合诊疗能力,为骨科领域培养高素质、复合型专业人才提供了有力支撑,推动了骨科教学的改革与发展,为应对复杂多变的临床医疗需求提供了有益借鉴,具有广阔的应用前景和推广价值。
With the development of medicine, complex orthopedic cases have put forward higher requirements for the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment abilities of medical students, and the limitations of the traditional orthopedic teaching mode have become increasingly prominent. This study delved deeply into the application of interdisciplinary cooperation in the teaching of complex orthopedic cases and its role in enhancing the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment abilities. Through theoretical analysis and practical exploration, it elaborated on the significance, value, and role of joint teaching among orthopedics, radiology, rehabilitation, pain medicine, and other multidisciplinary departments. The combination of orthopedics and radiology helps students accurately interpret imaging data and improve their diagnostic abilities; the combination with the rehabilitation department enables students to master the rehabilitation process and key points and strengthen their overall treatment concepts; and the combination with the pain medicine department can enhance students’ pain assessment and management abilities. Interdisciplinary cooperative teaching is mainly implemented through such approaches as building multidisciplinary teaching teams, integrating teaching resources, and designing joint teaching curriculum systems. It includes selecting outstanding teachers from various disciplines and clarifying their division of labor and cooperation, integrating resources such as textbooks, cases, images, and rehabilitation training videos, and covering curriculum links such as multidisciplinary knowledge teaching, case analysis, joint ward rounds, and simulated diagnosis and treatment. Practical results show that interdisciplinary cooperation is an effective educational mode, which has significantly improved the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment abilities of medical students, provided strong support for cultivating high-quality and compound professional talents in the field of orthopedics, vigorously promoted the reform and development of orthopedic teaching, and also provided a useful reference for coping with the complex and changeable clinical medical needs. It has broad application prospects and promotion value.
