CBL结合BOPPPS教学在胃肠外科住培教学中的应用
Application of CBL Combined with BOPPPS Teaching in Standardized Training of Residents in Gastrointestinal Surgery
目的 探索在胃肠外科住院医师规范化培训(以下简称住培)中采用CBL结合BOPPPS教学的效果。 方法 选取2022年9月— 2023年8月在郑州大学第一附属医院胃肠外科参加培训的64名住培学员,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用传统教学法,观察组进行CBL结合BOPPPS教学,最后对比两组理论考试成绩、教学满意度评价、临床综合能力方面的评分。 结果 出科考核中观察组理论基础、病例分析及临床技能方面的成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。问卷结果显示,观察组在提高自学能动性、促进理论知识系统化、增加医患沟通技巧、培养团队协作能力、增强医师职业素养、提升人文关怀水平及教学满意度方面得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。 结论 在胃肠外科住院医师规范化培训中采用CBL结合BOPPPS教学模式,有助于住培学员提高综合临床能力、批判性思维能力及教学满意度。
Objective To explore the teaching effect of case-based learning (CBL) combined with bridge, objectives, pre-assessment, participatory learning, post-assessment, summary (BOPPPS) in the standardized training of residents in Gastrointestinal Surgery. Methods A total of 64 resident trainees rotating in the Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from September 2022 to August 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 32 cases in each group. The control group was taught with traditional teaching mode, while the experimental group was taught with CBL combined with BOPPPS teaching. At the end of training, the two groups were compared in terms of theoretical examination scores, teaching satisfaction evaluation, and clinical comprehensive ability scores. Results The scores of theoretical basis, case analysis and clinical skills of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant. The results of the questionnaire showed that the experimental group scored higher than the control group in improving self-learning initiative, promoting the systematization of theoretical knowledge, increasing doctor-patient communication skills, cultivating teamwork skills, enhancing physicians’ professional quality, improving the level of humanistic care, as well as the degree of satisfaction with teaching, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Applying CBL combined with BOPPPS teaching mode in the standardized training of residents in Gastrointestinal Surgery can help trainees to improve their comprehensive clinical competence, critical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction.
