CBL+血管介入模拟器教学法在规培生DSA教学中的应用
Application of CBL Combined with Vascular Intervention Simulator in the Teaching of DSA for Standardized Training Residents
目的 探讨案例教学法结合血管介入模拟器综合教学模式在规培生全脑血管造影教学中的应用效果。 方法 以2020 — 2024年在神经外科规范化培训的171名住院医师为研究对象,随机分为常规教学组(75人)和案例教学法结合血管介入模拟器组(96人)。常规教学组采用传统教学方法进行教学,案例教学法结合血管介入模拟器组除常规教学组的教学方法外,学员进行为期3个月的血管介入模拟器训练以及CBL教学。培训结束后进行理论、操作考试和对教学效果进行问卷调查,评价教学效果。 结果 案例教学法结合血管介入模拟器组理论和操作考试的多个单项成绩和总成绩均高于常规教学组(P<0.05)。调查问卷显示,案例教学法结合血管介入模拟器组在提高学习兴趣、临床思维能力、临床实践能力、手术熟练程度、教学满意度等方面均优于常规教学组(P<0.05)。 结论 案例教学法结合血管介入模拟器的综合教学模式能够显著提高神经外科规培生全脑血管造影教学的教学质量及效果。
Objective To explore the application effects of comprehensive teaching mode of case-based learning (CBL) combined with vascular intervention simulator in the training of Digital Subtraction Angiography (DSA) for standardized training residents. Methods A total of 171 residents who participated in the standardized training of Department of Neurosurgery from 2020 to 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group (n=75) and the experimental group (n=96). The control group was taught with traditional teaching method, while the experimental group was taught with three-month vascular intervention simulator training and CBL teaching apart from traditional teaching method. After completion of training, theoretical and operational exams and questionnaire survey of teaching effect were conducted to evaluate the teaching effect. Results Several individual project scores and the total score of the experimental group was higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The questionnaire survey showed that the experimental group is superior to the control group in terms of enhancing learning interest, clinical thinking ability, clinical practical ability, surgical proficiency, and teaching satisfaction (P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive teaching mode combining CBL and vascular intervention simulator can significantly improve the teaching quality and effect of DSA for neurosurgical residents in standardized training.
