“新医科”背景下临床医学“5+3”一体化复合型人才培养探索
Research on Cultivating Interdisciplinary Talents in Clinical Medicine (5+3 Integrated Training) in the Context of “New Medicine”
在“新医科”背景下,临床医学(5+3一体化)培养需要突破传统医学教育的结构性困境。聚焦于跨学科整合浅表化、人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)赋能不足、教学方法僵化以及评价体系静态化四大核心困境,创新性提出以人工智能为技术驱动、跨学科深度整合为主线的“AI+医学+X”复合型人才递进式培养路径。构建系统性课程框架,创建AI驱动的沉浸式教学场景及师资AI素养提升框架,并设计AI驱动的教学创新方法。同时,重构动态多维评价体系,涵盖知识整合度、技术应用度与创新转化度三维能力评估。该模式为培养兼具临床胜任力、科研创新力与跨学科融合能力的复合型医学人才提供了理论框架,对推进医学教育改革具有参考意义。
In the context of New Medicine, the cultivation of Clinical Medicine (5+3 integrated training) necessitates breakthroughs in addressing the structural limitations of traditional medical education. This study addresses four core challenges in medical education: superficiality in interdisciplinary integration, insufficient AI empowerment, rigid teaching methodologies, and static evaluation systems, and proposes an innovative, AI-driven, spiral cultivation path for compound talents under the “AI+Medicine+X” framework, centered on deep interdisciplinary convergence. The research systematically constructs a curricular framework, creates AI-empowered immersive teaching scenarios, develops a faculty AI literacy enhancement framework, and designs AI-driven pedagogical innovations. Concurrently, a dynamic multi-dimensional evaluation system is reconstructed, encompassing competency assessments across three dimensions: knowledge integration, technical application, and innovation translation. This mode provides a theoretical framework for cultivating interdisciplinary medical talents with clinical competence, research innovation capabilities, and cross-disciplinary integration skills, offering significant reference value for advancing medical education reform.
