医学影像学专业本科生临床基本技能模拟培训课程体系构建
Construction of Curriculum System of Simulated Clinical Basic Skills Training for Medical Imaging Undergraduate Students
目的 构建医学影像学专业本科生的临床基本技能模拟培训课程体系,以提高影像本科生的临床基本技能水平,最终提高其执业医师考试通过率。 方法 选取2022 — 2023学年影像学专业191名本科学生作为研究对象,围绕执业医师考试指导、模拟操作培训、自主练习和模拟考核四个环节,设计“1+2+3+E”分阶段临床基本技能模拟培训方案,通过回顾分析教学考核成绩及教学评估反馈评价教学效果。采用SPSS 26.0软件进行t检验和卡方检验。 结果 影像学本科生通过“1+2+3+E”课程体系培训后毕业技能考试成绩明显优于传统培训模式(P<0.05),并且教学评价反馈满意度较高,96.8%的学生对新的培训模式接受良好。 结论 “1+2+3+E”分阶段临床基本技能模拟培训课程体系对于提升影像本科生的临床技能水平和执业医师考试通过率有一定促进作用,以期为医学影像教育改革提供有益借鉴。
Objective To construct the curriculum system of simulated clinical basic skills training for undergraduate students majoring in Medical Imaging, aiming to enhance their clinical basic skills and ultimately improve the pass rate of National Medical Licensing Examination (NMLE). Methods A total of 191 undergraduate students majoring in Medical Imaging from the academic year of 2022 to 2023 were selected as research objects. “1+2+3+E” phased simulation training program of clinical basic skills, which contains four aspects including NMLE guidance, simulated training, self-practice, and simulated assessments, was designed. The teaching evaluation results and students’ feedback were analyzed to assess the teaching outcomes. SPSS 26.0 software was used for t-tests and chi-square tests. Results The undergraduate students majoring in Medical Imaging who participated in the training of “1+2+3+E” curriculum system achieved significantly higher scores in the graduation skills examination than those trained by traditional method (P<0.05). Additionally, they also gave high satisfaction in terms of teaching evaluation feedback, with 96.8% of students positively accepting the new training mode. Conclusion “1+2+3+E”phased simulated clinical skills training curriculum system has a positive impact on enhancing clinical skills and NMLE pass rates among Medical Imaging undergraduates. This study aims to provide valuable references for reforms in Medical Imaging education.
